Yuba Contact and Warranty

Yuba Bikes offers a limited two-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner of any Yuba-manufactured product. This includes the bikes and Yuba accessories. The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to parts not directly manufactured by Yuba.
Specific Conditions:

• Bikes: The warranty covers bike frames against manufacturing defects for two years from the purchase date.
• Bamboo Products: These products have a one-year warranty on structural integrity.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover repairs or modifications made without prior approval from Yuba. Post-sale modifications made by the customer, their mechanic, or an authorized Yuba dealer without Yuba’s approval are also excluded from the warranty.

Liability: In the event of a manufacturing defect, Yuba will, at its discretion, repair or replace the bike frame or accessory. The original owner must pay all labor and shipping costs associated with the repair or replacement.
Geographical Restrictions: The warranty is only valid for bikes purchased and shipped within the United States or Canada. No returns, exchanges, or warranties apply for sales shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or other countries.

Filing a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, the customer must immediately contact Yuba if they experience any issues with the bike or accessories. They will do their best to resolve the problem quickly and in the best interest of all parties involved.
