Simplon Contact and Warranty

To qualify for the extended warranty, the original purchaser must register the bike on the Simplon website and keep the proof of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the first owner. Additionally, all moving parts must be checked and readjusted after 100-200 kilometers, which must be confirmed in the bike’s service book.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or repairs performed by unauthorized dealers. Normal wear parts such as tires, chains, and brake pads are also excluded from the warranty.
