Patrol Mountain has a rich and varied history that begins in 1964. Originally founded under the name United Bicycle Co in Indonesia, the company was led by a family passionate about bicycles.

In 1991, United Bicycle Co began producing their own bikes, a step that highlighted their commitment to quality and innovation.

In 2013, Arifin Tedja, the grandson of the founders, took the lead and transformed the company by introducing the Patrol brand, focusing on the high-end international bicycle market​.

This bike features the latest Shimano EP8 motor, providing a powerful and smooth riding experience, and is equipped with high-quality components such as FOX suspension and Magura brakes​.

Patrol Warranty Contact

Patrol Mountain offers an extensive warranty to ensure customers have confidence in the durability and reliability of their bikes. The warranty terms are as follows:

  • 5-year warranty: This applies to all frames and rear triangles on full-suspension bikes.
  • 2-year warranty: This warranty covers the working parts of the bike, as well as the motor, controller, and battery pack of electric bikes (or 600 charges, whichever comes first), as specified by the component manufacturer.

To file a warranty claim, customers must contact an authorized dealer or distributor and provide a proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, incorrect maintenance, or damage due to accidents, abuse, or negligence.
