Megamo Contact and Warranty

Megamo offers various warranties on their bicycles, depending on the type and usage conditions. Starting January 1, 2023, Megamo provides a lifetime warranty on all frames and rigid forks of bicycles purchased from authorized dealers.

To be eligible for this warranty, the original purchase receipt must be presented, and the bicycle must be used and maintained correctly. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects but excludes damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or participation in races.

Additionally, Megamo provides a statutory warranty on the original components of their bicycles, in accordance with applicable laws. This warranty period is typically three years from the date of purchase. For defects in parts from other brands mounted on Megamo bicycles, such as Shimano or SRAM, the buyer must contact the respective manufacturer directly for warranty claims​.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear of parts such as tires, chains, and brake pads, nor damage due to lack of maintenance, accidents, or use of the bicycle in conditions for which it was not intended, such as commercial use or rental. Replacing or modifying parts that are not compatible with the original design of the bicycle is also excluded from the warranty​.
