Lombardo Bikes offers a 2-year (24-month) warranty period for all their products from the date of delivery to the end customer, provided the purchase is made from one of the authorized Lombardo dealers. For commercial users, the warranty period is 6 months. Additionally, customers can extend the warranty period by one year by registering the product on the Lombardo website within 15 days of purchase.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, with Cicli Lombardo S.p.A. replacing or repairing defective parts at no cost upon receipt of a written request from the dealer where the bike was purchased. However, the warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as brake pads, cables, grips, pedals, chains, tires, and other consumables.
