BESV Contact and Warranty

BESV offers a comprehensive warranty on their electric bicycles to ensure that customers can enjoy their products for a long time. The warranty terms are as follows:

Frame: Five years warranty against manufacturing defects.
Battery: Two years warranty or 300 full charge cycles, whichever comes first, with a minimum capacity of 80%.
Electrical components (controller, HMI, motor): Two years warranty.
Non-consumable parts: One year warranty on parts such as the front fork with shock absorber, saddle, seat post, shifter, front and rear derailleur, head tube, front/rear hub (excluding freehubs), handlebar, braking mechanism, front and rear fenders, pedals.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, wear and tear, damage from accidents, misuse, modifications, or natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes.
